From the moment guests walk through our doors, they're stepping into another world, a world where anything can happen, and every corner is bursting with surprises. Embrace the spectacle of walkthrough theatre sets as you navigate through the mailroom containing the world's letters to Santa, before spilling out into the dive bar where a world of festive mischief awaits, accompanied by the sounds of Johnny Whiskey and the house band The Barflies who will be performing a blend of rock ‘n’ roll, soul and funk versions of party hits and festive classics as Santa makes his larger-than-life entrance for the main show (we won't share any spoilers!).

The award-winning street food vendor Bang Bang Burgers will also be on location to serve up incredible flavours that are fast, festive and unforgettable. For an additional charge*, book an indulgent meal which includes two mouthwatering sliders and a side that is sure to hit the spot. These menus are sure to deliver big on quality and taste, elevating the Humbug experience for every guest (veggie, vegan, gluten free, halal options will all be catered for).

Need to stash away coats and bags? No problem. A cloakroom is also included with your ticket, so you can enjoy this experience to the max.
