OVERVIEW We operate as a cashless venue. We accept card payments including American Express as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you are late for your reservation, don’t worry, you’ll still be able to enter the experience. Please be aware that you will miss important parts of the show, and story, so we do recommend trying your best to get here on time. We will always try to accommodate seated bookings on as few tables as possible, but we may need to split your party across multiple tables. We will always try to seat your party as close together, however, this cannot always be guaranteed. If guest numbers increase, please let us know as soon as possible so we can confirm if we are able to accommodate additional numbers based on the availability of your booking date. Please refer to our cancellation policy regarding reduction of group numbers. Our venues are also available for private hire meaning some spaces may be out of use to the public during your visit. We reserve the right to refuse or eject any guests who appear intoxicated, behaving inappropriately or dressed inappropriately. Right of admission is reserved and no refund or compensation will be given. On rare occasions, we may need to move or amend your booking and will work closely with you to find the best solution. In the event we need to cancel your booking you will receive a full refund where applicable. PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS We take 50% desposit at the point of booking. All deposits are nonrefundable, these may be transferable to a new booking date only if permitted by management. Please note any unused spend for any bookings is nonrefundable and non transferable beyond the booking date. If there is a reduction in numbers for your party, no refund will be offered but you are welcome to make use of any additional food/drinks that have been purchased. If your reservation changes, we can adjust the booking date, subject to availability. Amendments to your booking must be requested in writing to HUMBUG Experience Limited, with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice. AGE POLICY We are an over 18’s Venue only. We run a strict Challenge 25 policy, so if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to provide proof of age to show you are over 18. We accept passports, ID photo and UK driving licences. PRE-ORDERS The clients ensure they nor any of their guests bring any food or beverage into the venue, unless previously agreed in writing by the company. (i) All food and drink pre orders are required no later than 3 week/s prior to the event date. Additions & amendments to pre orders are accepted until 7 days prior to the booking date. (ii) It is the responsibility of the client to inform the company in writing of any known food allergies or intolerances of guests no later than 3 weeks prior to the event date. This information must include the specific details of the allergy or intolerance and any special dietary requirements. (iii)The company will not be held liable for any allergic reactions, intolerances, or adverse health effects that may occur as a result of consuming food or beverages at the event. This includes any incidents resulting from cross-contamination, unknown allergens, or failure to notify the company of allergies or intolerances in advance.
