What's involved

Relive your school days and get competitive with a hilarious game of dodgeball in Glasgow.

An event coordinator welcomes you to the indoor or outdoor venue and gets you warmed up before explaining the rules and splitting you into teams to go head to head.

The action kicks off immediately as you start at opposite ends of the hall or pitch and run to the line of soft balls in the middle.

Grab one and throw it at an opposing team member as quickly as possible and make sure to duck incoming fire or you’ll be out. If you catch one of the incoming balls, the thrower will be out so keep your wits about you.

You’ll take part in a range of challenges from Behind Enemy Lines to Last Person Standing.

- Age restriction: 10+. - Dodgeball can be played indoors or outdoors. - Dress code: Comfy clothes you can move in. The balls are lightweight and squishy so won’t hurt too much when they hit you.

What makes Xtreme dodgeball special?

It’s more than just a regular game of dodgeball. You’ll also enjoy some twists on the game including Wrong Arm Dodgeball, Behind Enemy Lines, a hen/stag hunt and more.

What should we wear?

Wear clothes you can move in such as jogging bottoms, T-shirts, shorts and trainers. Dress for the British weather.

Where will dodgeball take place?

The venue will be in or near the town or city centre and will be confirmed approximately 2 weeks prior to your date. This is due to the supplier working with a wide range of venues. This activity will take place either inside a sports hall or outside on a 3G pitch.
