What's involved
The most fun and fitness you can have in 90 minutes! You can satisfy your guilty pleasure in a private, relaxed and light-hearted environment.
Absolute beginners can give this a try. Pole Dancing in London is open to all fitness levels, just channel your inner stardom and climb, swivel and spin around your pole.
Cast inhibition aside and discover a new sense of fun. Your clothing should allow for ease of movement. Our professional dance teachers will provide a fully choreographed routine including warm up, easy to follow sequence of steps, swizzles and spins, followed by a cool down.
To make gripping the pole easier, we recommend you wear shorts and a T-shirt. The fizz and fun of Pole Dancing offers a fantastic opportunity for individual and group photos, a great way to remember your birthday or
hen do in London.

The pole dance teacher was fab. She was very nice and patient with us, we really enjoyed the experience and the time flew by. It was excellent value for money. The location and the facilities in the pole venue were fab. The only thing which let it down was the three fights of stairs with no lift, but I could see therapy were renovating them.

Nikita
The girls and I thoroughly enjoyed this, even though we were much hungover we all still gave it a good go and the whole entire time was full of laughter and fun.

Change of venue last minute, not in a good location, dirty toilets and no other facilities to use, drinks not available. Pole dancing lesson was great, would have been less self conscious if more than 1 pole between 10 of us.
Jane
I would not recommend the Zoo Bar for this activity unless they allocate a different room. It was very dingy and the room itself was not very nice. The toilets at the back were available to us but the smell nearby was really bad on this particular day. Nancy, the teacher was brilliant and made it a very enjoyable and fun experience though.
Julia
Only two poles for 15 people!! Major downfall.
Floor was filthy.
Heather
The teacher and class was amazing but the venue only had 2 poles for a class of 11!
Chloe
Claire, the instructor was brilliant but please see above comment regarding shoes & manner of the lady who I assume was the manager.
