What's involved

Nothing bonds a team quite like shooting at each other in a wood.

Half a day of paintball with Delta Force in Southampton gives your colleagues somewhere to settle a few scores, and it's just as good for a stag do or a birthday that needs a bit of adrenaline.

The site sits in thick woodland, with game zones built out with proper props and scenery rather than a few bales in a field.

Marshals take charge from the off. You'll get a full safety briefing, then everyone's fitted with goggles and body armour before a single marker gets handed out.

You'll each be issued a semi-automatic marker plus 100 balls of ammo. Run low and you can buy more on the day.

Then it's mission after mission across the different zones. Storming, defending, sneaking round the flank - and none of it works unless your team actually talks to each other. Which is rather the point.

Expect mud, shouting and one colleague who turns out to be terrifyingly good at this!

Sessions run on Saturdays and Sundays. In summer you'll start at 10:00am or 2:00pm, and over the winter months it's a 9:00am or 12:00pm start - just make sure you pick the right slot when you book.

- Saturdays and Sundays only. - Please select the right time slot when booking: Winter start times (17 Oct 2026 - 19 March 2027): 9:00am or 12:00pm Summer start times (April - August): 10:00am or 2:00pm - 100 paintballs included. Additional paintballs can be bought on the day. - Age restriction: 10+. - Everyone in your group must confirm they are physically fit and able to take part. - Dress code: loose, comfortable clothes you don't mind getting muddy, plus boots with ankle support and grip.
