Ever wanted to learn the secrets behind your favourite spirits? Goldstone Rum have got the perfect experience for you, all located in their Spirit Lab!

Located upstairs in their stunning and contemporary distillery, the Spirit Lab experience is the perfect event to learn all about the history behind gin and rum, find out interesting facts and history behind the iconic drinks and make some creations of your own.

Your 2.5 hour experience will be led by a friendly and knowledgeable distiller, who will teach you everything you could ever wish to know about gin and rum. You’ll also get the chance to create your own gin or rum recipe, using Goldstone’s veritable choice of botanicals and flavours to create a unique and tasty tipple made perfectly for you or someone you love.

After you’ve created your spirit, you’ll get a tour of the distillery and learn all about how your creations are made, all the while sipping on a fresh gin cocktail, or a rich, spiced rum cocktail. You'll also get to take home your rum or gin creation to enjoy whenever you'd like.
