What's involved

Themed dance classes are one of our most popular activities for hen and birthday parties and it’s easy to see why!

Get your favourite people together to learn something new to the music you love, shaking off any inhibitions as you flip your hair and strut your stuff.

You can choose from a massive range of themes including Barbie, Spice Girls, Beyonce, Britney, burlesque, RuPaul, Disney, Grease, Dirty Dancing, Mamma Mia, Strictly Come Dancing, Salsa, 80s, 90s, line dancing, Thriller, The Greatest Showman, Six the Musical, Chicago, Steps and charleston.

Whatever you choose, your dance class will be led by a professional dance instructor who’ll teach you a fun choreographed routine.

Venue hire is included, and fancy dress is highly encouraged.

I booked a Beyoncé themed dance class for my sisters and hen do and wow what a joy it was! Our choreographer, Laura, was fantastic - so lovely and patient with us all being a rather uncoordinated and excited bunch! The dance was brilliant - Single Ladies of course - and everyone had so much fun learning it and laughing at ourselves along the way. Laura really took the time to make it special and personal to the group as well. I’d really recommend booking a class with sashay dance for any celebration it might suit - you’ll have a blast!

Amazing dance class. The teacher Kirsty was so funny and engaging with the hen, making her feel the central person in the class. She made everyone feel so relaxed and was so patient with us all, but also we achieved the most amazing dance at the end. The whole hen party had a fantastic time and I would throughly recommend Kirsty and her dance class.

What a blast! Our session with Kirsty was SO much fun; the medley of Ru Paul songs and choreography to go with it was brilliant and suited the whole (varied!) group.
