What's involved

Are you ready to ride the PierZip? This adrenaline-pumping, 250m, pier to shore zipline is located at the end of Bournemouth Pier and is the first one of its kind in the world.

You’ll climb to the top of the tower, 25m above sea level, at the end of the pier before enjoying a white-knuckle thrill-ride over the waves to the shore.

If you don’t fancy riding alone, you’ll be happy to hear that it’s a dual zipline so you can race against each other, giving each other plenty of encouragement or cheeky banter!

If you’re looking for an exciting activity for a stag, hen or birthday party in Bournemouth or even just something for a fun day out, a ride on the PierZip will be unforgettable.

An experienced instructor will conduct a safety briefing, explain what to expect and get you kitted out in safety gear before your PierZip ride.

This experience is available between October-March. Check out the Summer PierZip if you'd like to ride during April September.

Important information

Available between October-March. Age restriction: An adult must accompany children under the age of 16 until harnessed. Minimum height: 1.3m Minimum weight: 30kg. Maximum weight: 110kg. These can occasionally vary in windy conditions.
