Terms & Conditions at Prestonfield
Welcome to Prestonfield's room reservation service. By making a reservation at Prestonfield, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

1. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in Time: After 3:00 PM on day of arrival
Check-out Time: Before 11:00 AM on day of departure

Please note that early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Guarantee Policy

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. The full payment for your stay is due upon arrival at the hotel.
 
Pre-paid booking policy - Full prepayment at time of booking - non refundable - non transferable

3. Cancellation Policy

We recommend that you hold suitable travel insurance in case you need to cancel due to unforeseen events and a cancellation charge becomes due.  You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 12:00 PM (noon) local hotel time, two (2) days before your scheduled arrival date. If you fail to cancel by this time, or if you do not arrive as scheduled, the full amount of your stay will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

4. Reservation Modifications

Any changes to your reservation, including changes to the arrival date, departure date, or room type, are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Please contact our reservations department to request any modifications.

5. No-Show Policy

In the event that you do not check-in on your scheduled arrival date and have not cancelled your reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy, you will be charged for the full amount of your stay.

7. Room Rates

We will make every effort to accommodate special requests, such as bed type or room location, but these requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Prestonfield is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes provided for valuables.
