Location will be shared once booking is confirmed (not applicable for mobile bookings).
We reserve the right to make modifications to the event details, such as venue, or event format if necessary. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified in advance .

Photography and Social Media:

By attending the event, you agree to have your photograph taken and grant permission for Haute Flame to use images or videos from the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the host upon arrival.

Health and Safety:

All participants must follow the health and safety guidelines provided during the workshop. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained due to failure to comply with safety instructions.

Late Arrivals:

Please arrive on time to ensure you get the full benefit of the workshop. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee participation, and refunds or adjustments will not be provided.

Workshop Materials:

All materials required for the workshop (candles, wicks, fragrances, etc.) will be provided. You are welcome to take home your candle creations at the end of the session.

Alcohol Consumption:

Your ticket includes one complimentary drink. Additional drinks can be purchased at the venue. 
Please drink responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is visibly intoxicated for safety reasons.
