Get Questing – Terms and Conditions
Thank you for considering Get Questing for your group experience! We aim to deliver exciting, immersive social deduction games that your group won’t forget.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking.

1. Group Size Requirements
● Minimum Group Size: Our events are designed for a minimum of 8 participants. If fewer than 8 people attend on the day, we reserve the right not to run the event, as the game mechanics rely on group dynamics. In such cases, we will issue a 50% refund of the total booking fee.
● Maximum Group Size: We can accommodate a maximum of 25 participants. If more than 25 people attend, we will still run the event but only include up to 25 participants in the game.

2. Venue Arrangements
● Venue Provision: Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for providing the venue for the event. The venue must be booked and paid for by the customer.
● Venue Recommendations: If your event is taking place in Brighton, we are happy to recommend suitable venues based on your group size and preferences. Please contact us to discuss options.
● Space Requirements: The chosen venue must have a room large enough for all participants to sit in a circle, ideally with a table or surface in the middle for game materials. We recommend a private, quiet space to get the most from the experience.

3. Arrival and Start Time
● Please ensure your group arrives on time. Significant delays may shorten your experience or affect the game structure. No refunds will be issued for time lost due to late arrival.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
● Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
● Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
● In the unlikely event that Get Questing needs to cancel, a full refund will be issued or the event can be rescheduled at your convenience.

5. Health and Safety
● While the events are low-risk and non-physical, participants should be in a suitable condition to engage in group discussions and role-play. Any known accessibility needs or special requirements should be communicated in advance so we can do our best to accommodate them.

6. Behaviour and Conduct
● Get Questing reserves the right to cancel or halt the experience if participants are aggressive or disruptive, with no refund given.
● These experiences rely on group cooperation and respectful play. Please ensure all attendees are aware of the event type and are ready to take part in a group game.
