Tickets

1.0

Purchased tickets cannot be redeemed for monetary value on non-attendance and tickets are non refundable as per point 1.1. Notice of at least 30 days must be given to amend a date.

1.1

Tickets are non-refundable in the event the venue must close - including health and safety for staff and customers, forced closure by the emergency services, government action, strike, and act of God.

1.2

Deposits: If the date of the show you wish to attend is more than 30 days away you may reserve your tickets with a non-refundable deposit . The final balance is due no later than 2 weeks before the date of the show you are attending. If booking within two weeks or less than the show date, payment will be required in full. If you wish to decrease your group size after paying your deposit but prior to paying your remaining balance, please contact the office.

1.3

Seating: We have booth seating and floor seating. Tables are allocated when booking. We cannot guarantee where groups will be seated. All seats have an excellent view of the stage. Floor seats will be moved after the show to create space for the dance floor.

1.4

The online booking system is ticketless. Upon entry, staff simply require the full name of the person who made the booking.

The Showlesque & Gamestars Shows

2.0

Showlesque: Please arrive no later than 6:30pm. We cannot guarantee admission for late entry.

Gamestars: Please arrive no later than 12:00pm. We cannot guarantee admission for late entry.

2.1

You must pre-order your food at least two days before your event date. You will receive a link via email from the venue to do this, within one to two weeks before the event.

2.2

The show is designed for people over 18 and may contain adult language and implied nudity. The show is held on licenced premises and under 18’s are not be permitted. Photographic ID may be asked for entry. The venue, Showlesque and Gamestars reserve the right to refuse admission.

2.3

It is not permitted to touch the performers or dance on the stage or work area, which may also make these areas slippery. Our performers are the most professional in the industry and they will not endure verbal, sexual or physical abuse of any kind.

2.4

Any behaviour such as verbal abuse, aggressive behaviour or touching of the performers will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

2.5

Showlesque cannot be held responsible for any personal loss or damage whatsoever. For lost property please contact the venue.

2.6

Dress to impress, no sports clothes or fancy dress.

3.0

The venue is aware that you are either on a hen/stag do, birthday party, office event, ladies'/gentlemens' night, or date night. They know the emphasis is on fun but have the right to terminate any activity for dangerous, violent, drunken or inappropriate behaviour. If you are deemed to be inappropriate your tickets will be void and you will be removed from the venue. No refund will be given.

3.1

If anyone arrives at the venue  drunk, the venue, Showlesque and Gamestars have the right to refuse entry. No refund will be given.

3.2

We accept no liability for any incident that occurs by any customer whilst under the influence of drink or drugs. The use of drugs is illegal and is not be permitted on the premises.  If found using, or in possession of drugs, you will be ejected from the venue. No refund will be given.

3.3

Wheelchair access: Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access to the venue.

3.4

Gamestars only: The bottomless package includes prosecco, house wine, tap-beer and tap-cider only. Cocktails and spirits are not included. Bottomless soft drinks are included, excluding non-alcoholic bottled beer, non-alcoholic bottled cider, spirits and cocktails.

Credit Card Safeguard

We use a Secure Internet Payment Gateway to provide a secure payment for the authorisation of debit/credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client debit/credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the clients browser to the banking network, using industry standard SSL 128-bit RC4 encryption technology. Client credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and only the merchants bank has access to this data. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the client’s browser. These secure processes provide clients with peace of mind when purchasing online.
