Do you have gluten-free, veggie and vegan options ?
We offer gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options upon request. Our friendly staff is here to make sure that you are served the food that is right for you. Please note that, although we take great care to prepare and serve meals that suit each individual's dietary needs, all of our pizzas are prepared in the same kitchen and oven. Unfortunately, this may mean that cross-contamination could occur in some instances, so pizzas from our kitchen may not be suitable for those with Coeliac disease.
Do I need ID to come in?
Our venues are only for grown-ups so everybody needs to be 18+ and provide a valid photo ID to get in, no matter how old you think you look. If anyone in your group does not have one of the below forms of ID we cannot allow them to enter the venue and they will not receive a refund for anybody in the group. No I.D. no entry. If you realise you don't have the accepted form of ID after you've bought your tickets, please do get in touch with our team and we will reschedule your tickets to a different date. We accept original versions (not photocopies or pictures) of a photo driver’s licence or passport (UK or foreign). Please note we do not accept PASS cards, citizen cards or the YOTI app.
Is Ballie just one giant ball pit?
No, there’s a lot going on outside of our balls including a dance floor, flairing bartenders, games and a photo booth!
Do you clean your balls?
We have a ball cleaner called Gobble Muffin (yes, that's its real name) who sanitises and cleans 18,000 balls p/hr. Our balls get a lovely clean each and every week we’ve got the test results to prove it! Of course, we’ve also got hand sanitisers scattered around the venue to kill any germs. Our soap dispensers are always stocked and we’ve got brand spanking new air con to keep cool fresh air flowing through the venues so they’re always at the optimum temperature.
What should I wear?
You don’t have to be dressed to the nines to be part of the Ballie crowd so we have a smart casual dress code. This includes trendy cycle shorts and the like as long as they’re bar/club appropriate. Trainers are a-okay, just please avoid wearing head-to-toe casual sportswear and tracksuits. You must wear secure, flat shoes in the ball pits (or up to a mid-block heel if you’re feeling daring).
