What's involved

Who on your team is quietly brilliant under pressure, and who just talks a very good game?

Ninety minutes from now, you'll know.

Inspired by the telly show everyone quotes at each other, this is your own Taskmaster Challenge - 90 minutes of gloriously silly problem-solving with a host who is very much in charge.

Your Taskmaster splits you into teams, hands out the challenges and provides all the props. After that, how you crack each task is entirely up to you. There's rarely one right answer, which is exactly where it gets funny.

Sideways thinking beats sensible thinking here, so leave the spreadsheet brain at the desk and get properly daft with it.

The ice breaks itself. Two minutes in, the quietest person in your department is usually the one barking instructions at everybody else.

It all happens at a city centre venue, so you're not trekking out to a field somewhere, and you can roll straight on to food or drinks afterwards.

Brilliant for a team building day, a work Christmas do that needs more than a buffet, or a birthday group who fancy a laugh before the evening kicks off.

Expect arguing, terrible tactics and at least one person taking the scoring far too seriously!

We had a fantastic time at this event. Our host was brilliant—really engaging, kept everyone laughing, and made sure the whole group felt involved. The challenges were great fun and did a brilliant job of bringing the team together. Overall, it was a really well organised day delivered by a great company. Highly recommended!

Really good activity, ideal for a stag do. The master of tasks did a great job as well. The only thing that could be changed is the first task (with chairs) which didn't last long at all.
