What's involved
Buckle up for a thrilling two-hour adventure as you take the wheel of historic ex-army vehicles and tackle some serious off-road terrain.
Starting just south of Salisbury in Downton, you'll drive on tracks once used by the military, giving you a taste of what these old-school vehicles were made for.
Before hitting the dirt, your day begins with a quick rundown on safety and a brief history of these facinating vehicles.
Then it's time to swap the passenger seat for the driver’s seat! You'll take turns driving approximately every seven to eight minutes, with a professional instructor ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Having won awards and run by ex-servicemen, you can expect a professional and fun experience.
This green land driving experience lets you feel the rugged power of these iconic vehicles as they handle the rough stuff with ease.
After all that excitement, the day wraps up with a well-earned coffee at The Bull Inn.
If you’re into hands-on experiences and historic machines, this is the perfect way to spend an afternoon, especially if you’re celebrating something special like a birthday, hen or stag do.
