What's involved
Office massage is a fully-clothed stress busting treatment, ideal for team building and helping your group to unwind and feel appreciated.
Each member of staff will enjoy a 15-20 minute massage from a professional and highly skilled therapist.
A quiet space or room for an on-site massage chair is all that is needed and one of Glo’s therapists will get to work.
They’ll massage the back, neck and shoulder areas to help relieve any tension on those stressed “work-at-desk-all-day” spots, typically down the back and in between the shoulder blades, leaving staff feeling relaxed yet refreshed.
The office massage session will last around three hours in total with everyone getting a turn. It’s a great way to boost morale and help alleviate stress.
**A minimum booking of 3 hours is required, with pricing based on a group of at least 12 people. If your group has fewer than 12 people, you can enjoy extended massage treatments to make the most of your time.**
