Andrew was a fantastic host who made our visit an excellent experience. He was authentic, humorous, and incredibly helpful whenever we got stuck. It’s a great venue and we had a lot of fun.

A great way to get a larger team together for a fun team building event. The venue was great, good selection of drinks, and loads to do as well as the quiz show, pool, darts, shuffleboard. the staff were friendly and the gameshow host really did a great job as quizmaster, funny and engaging. my team had a blast, thank you.

Good level of difficulty the host was amazing she really did a phenomenal job at setting the scene and had amazing timing for the hints.

Our host was fantastic and managed a group of 13 year old brilliantly, thank you! They had a lovely time, while the adults took a break in the pub below. Initially we went to the wrong venue. While I have now seen the right venue at the bottom of the itinerary, a note on your the providers website would have avoided the delay, which meant we missed out on 20mins of the experience.

We have all very much enjoyed it, thank you so much for the experience. Lovely host too! Thank you for letting me know you will refund me for the person who couldn’t make it. Look forward to do it again in the very near future as I need to do these events very frequently, thank you

Went as total newbies to Escape Rooms and loved our experience at Murder Mystery Escape Room and loved it. Our host Sasha was lovely and guided us through the clues. We will be back with the rest of the family

Lots of fun, first time doing an escape room and the host looked after us so well with the perfect amount of help exactly when we needed it. It was really challenging but still manageable, would definitely go here again.

It may only be a 49 minute puzzle but it was fantastic I especially love the plot lines that are given and the bar is excellent

We loved this activity, everyone that joined in had such a laugh doing it even with a hangover 🙈

2adults and 2 children 9 and6 . Even though most of the time the tasks were above our 6 yr olds head she still had great fun ! Good time to work as a team . We almost made it to the end but we were allowed a couple of minutes to actually get out after answering all the questions . Good support from ‘base’ who ensures we were having a fun time !

Over all the escape room was good fun. It was as described online, staff were good and I would recommend it. The only negative was relying on WhatsApp/Phone signal as I was unable to get messages to send due to signal and some of the instructions (on WhatsApp) not being clear - it was a bit of a wall of text.

Staff really friendly and helpful all throughout the process of booking and on the day. Good level of thought required to get through the stages in order to escape the cell. Fun times for adults and kids!

Brilliant experience! Great fun with lots of help available if needed but not too imposing if you like to work out the puzzles on your own. Nice level of difficulty.

It was really good fun! Really well done and lots of 90s references which we loved.

A great experience was had by all. 1st time we had been to one and took my 13 and 15 year old along. We started well but struggled towards the end.!Staff helped us along so we manage to complete it. We would certainly try a different room next time well recommended.👍👍😊😊

It was a first time for me and my family and we loved it. Great puzzles, definitely teached us a thing or two about team work.

It was a great escape room. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. The room was cleaned thoroughly before we used it and we kept the brand new bandanas we were given at the start of the game. Free WIFI. Note to have WhatsApp on your phone.

When we first got there we told what to do with regards to using the whatsapp chat to liaise with our getaway driver and for any possible clues/hints. However during the game when we asked for a hint (we had 3 we could use) there was a technical issue so we were unable to get a hint. This caused an issue about 25 minutes in as we were unable to get a clue. This did take away some.enjoyment of the game. Although the guy onsite tried to assist he said he would need to get someone else to assist but was unable to get hold of them. However after the game I dropped an email to Will he responded back very quickly with a very kind gesture considering the issues we had. For his attention to customer service and kind offer based on our situation and also due to the fact it was a great escape room we would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone else.
