What's involved

Come and join us for an outdoor yoga session in Brighton and get ready to re-balance your mind, body and soul.

All offered yoga classes are beginner friendly and it’s up to you which yoga style you choose. Will it be Gentle Hatha, Scaravelli, nourishing flow or dynamic vinyasa flow? Don’t worry if you’re not sure, as you can decide on the day.

Many of our yoga classes take place on Hove Lawns near the city's iconic Brighton beach, but if you have a different outdoor venue in mind, please let us know!

A mat will be provided for each person and all sessions will be led by one of our friendly and experienced instructors.

During this one hour experience, you'll be guided through a variety of poses and stretches, where you'll learn to breathe deeply and really slow down that mind.

This experience is perfect for zen hens who are looking for a moment of calm during their busy Brighton hen weekend and you'll even get a group photo at the end!

Important information

The class is fine even with a little bit of summer rain. The class would be cancelled in case of heavy rain or thunderstorms. You will get a full refund in this case.
