What's involved

Perfect for adventure-loving kids and adults who don’t want too crazy a rush, the Tower Flyer at Zip World Tower, Aberdare combines adrenaline and stunning views for an experience you’ll never forget.

This mini ziplining adventure features three zipping zones and two ziplines that are side by side so you can ride with a friend or family member.

An instructor will get you kitted out in safety gear before you climb the first tower’s steps and fly 115 in the air alongside the Tower Colliery.

Climb even higher up to the second zipline where you’ll soar 80m before landing on the third tower for your last flight, zipping another 75m before landing safely on the ground.

If you’re brave enough to look down, you’ll pass some stunning sights.

Please note that the location is Aberdare, approximately 45 minutes/24 miles outside of Cardiff.

No open-toed shoes. Shoulders must be covered, and while shorts are permitted, they must be knee-length - Please let us know about any medical conditions.

Very well organised. The staff were excellent, the attention to safety was fantastic and the historical briefing given on the way up to the top station very interesting and exceptionally well given. The only downside was the rides were too short!!

This was only 10 minutes from the hotel. The staff where great and talked you through everything you needed to know. There were plenty to do there and places to eat if needed. There was a small zip to get you adjusted to the big one this helped and got some of the nerves out of the way. Great place deffo do this again.

Always wanted to do this a bucket list activity ticked off, experience of a life time. Staff where brilliant and so warm and welcoming. Only downside was the grim temporary toilet but they are building a new building so these will be gone soon.

The bounce below site had plenty to do. They had the intitial bounce below caverns but there were also caverns which you could climb. Separate payment. There is a group of ziplines there one being titan. The location was also in a slate quarry similar to zipworld. Friendly staff great fun. Don't do this with a hang over lol
