Important information

- Dietary Requirements: We do not guarantee that products are free from nuts or traces of nuts. For any special dietary requirements (gluten free, dairy free etc) please email sales@londonpartyboats.co.uk. All requests must be received at least 72 hours before your departure date. We will endeavour to match the menu but reserve the right to substitute items of a similar value. - Age restriction: 18+. Please bring ID. - Takes place on Saturdays, 12.30pm-3.30pm or 2pm-5pm (please note the 2pm slots are only available on 28th June, 12th July or 16th August and will not have reserved seating). - Boarding begins at least 15 minutes before the departure time. No return for late passengers so please arrive on time. - Location: A central London Pier; usually Festival Pier or Westminster Pier - stated on your ticket. All Piers are easily located and close to public transport links Group Bookings: So we can ensure you are all booked together please try to book as one group, however if this is not possible please ensure that you include a lead name in the comments section at checkout. *Reserved tables seat a maximum of 8 people per table. If you make a reservation for more than 8 people you will be split across 2 tables. If you make a reservation for 2-4 people you may be sharing your table with another group. Please note: The cruise runs to a very strict timetable and unfortunately we cannot wait for any late arrivals. It is your responsibility to arrive at the pier in plenty of time for your cruise to avoid disappointment. Please be advised that once the boat departs, it cannot return to the pier to collect passengers, and refunds will not be offered in such circumstances. The cruise operates regardless of the weather unless in conditions of poor visibility. The Captain will make the decision on the day if the cruise will not operate. You will be informed of your options on the day if this affects you. Our vessels are closed in so you will not be affected by wind, snow or rain. We reserve the right to substitute another Boat and, if necessary, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, to cancel or amend the booking in any way, but we will not in such circumstances be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses whatsoever incurred by you due to such substitution, or cancellation or amendment. Bottomless Prosecco is time-limited to 1.5 hours (from 1:30-3pm) and times cannot be extended. Your drink will be replaced once it has been finished. Drinking to excess will not be permitted and participants are required to drink responsibly at all times. Management reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time and without prior notice and reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol to any participant at any time without notice. No identification will result in refusal of admission. A valid Passport or Driving License (full or provisional) is the only accepted form of ID.
