Yoga has become a popular form of exercise over the past few years. Not only is it a great workout, combining muscle toning and balance, but it provides a fantastic boost to your mental wellbeing due to elements of meditation that are used during the practice. As a low-impact exercise, it makes for a fantastic activity to incorporate into your office routine or next team building event. With Glo Pamper’s Corporate Yoga class you don’t even need to leave the building, as an experienced instructor will come to your workplace. They’ll bring enough mats for your whole team, so all you need to do it ensure there is plenty of space for your colleagues to align those chakras and stretch out those limbs. No matter the flexibility or fitness levels of your group, the one-hour session can be tailored to everyone’s ability, meaning nobody has to miss out.

Important information

Please make your yoga teacher aware of any injuries or physical conditions prior to the class. Please also let the activity provider know if any participants are pregnant, as depending on what trimester they are in, will depend on whether they can be accommodated. Your yoga teacher will be able to teach all levels of yoga and can cater to different experience levels within the group. The yoga teacher will arrive 15 minutes before the start time to set up and to ensure the space you have set aside is sufficient. Please save a parking space for the teacher as they will be carrying a lot of mats. However, there may be occasions when the mats cannot be provided, in which case you will be asked to bring your own or provide a towel. This will be communicated to you before your class.
