Whether you’re a dedicated yogi or you’re as stiff as dodo, Mobile Yoga will help loosen you up.

Suitable for all ages and abilities, it’s an ideal activity for groups. Glo Pamper’s highly trained yoga instructors will ensure everybody is practising the movements correctly and will tailor the session to each individual and their varying degrees of flexibility.

Yoga is becoming a really popular way to celebrate a special occasion. Along with all the health and physical benefits, it makes for a great alternative to a wild night out – it also serves as great prep for one!

You can pick a location of your choice, whether that’s the hostess’s home, a group holiday rental or in the great outdoors. So put some zen into your Cardiff hen party, or channel some relaxing vibes into your next birthday bash.

Most importantly, it’s a great way for friends to bond and align their chakras, so take a deep, mindful breath and get booking!

Important information

Please note that there may be travel charges for your location, this will be advised upon an enquiry or booking being made Please make your yoga teacher aware of any injuries or physical conditions prior to the class. Please also let the activity provider know if any participants are pregnant, as depending on what trimester they are in, will depend on whether they can be accommodated. Your yoga teacher will be able to teach all levels of yoga and can cater to different experience levels within the group. The yoga teacher will arrive 15 minutes before the start time to set up and to ensure the space you have set aside is sufficient. Please save a parking space for the teacher as they will be carrying a lot of mats. However, there may be occasions when the mats cannot be provided, in which case you will be asked to bring your own or provide a towel. This will be communicated to you before your class.
