Brighton Bake Off for Teams

Ready, steady, bake! At Brighton Cookery School, you and your colleagues will be just a two-hour session away from becoming the ultimate bakers and being the envy of any Hollywood chef. 

Enjoy a glass of bubbly upon arrival, before jumping straight into the baking pan. You’ll split into teams and compete against each other to determine who’ll rise to the top or sink to the ‘soggy’ bottom!

Expert chefs will demonstrate some classic recipes and teach you the tips of the trade before letting you have full reign over the kitchen! Then it’s aprons on! You’ll have two hours to create one impressive showstopping bake, putting your creativity, and baking skills to the test. 

When you’re back in the kitchen, you’ll get the chance to get creative by – quite literally –adding the icing on the cake! When you’ve finished, you’ll each be able to take your mini masterpieces back to the office or home to show off to friends and family.
