Excellent spa day and would highly recommend, we were greeted by the lovely Gemma who took us to the venue and explained the day to us, the spa was fantastic and the lunch afterwards was amazing it totally exceeded all our expectations. Gemma also went above and beyond by helping us out and sending us maps/websites so we could book our bus journey home, she was so wonderful and made our day perfect, thank you Gemma x
