As the class begins, you’ll step behind the bar for a hands-on experience crafting two classic cocktails, guided by an expert bartender. Along the way, discover the stories behind iconic drinks in a short, engaging cocktail history session, while picking up insider techniques and tricks.

To finish, raise a special house shot and toast the occasion with your group. Hosted entirely in a private top-floor Experience Room, this immersive masterclass offers an intimate setting designed for connection, fun, and memorable moments.

Teams need to choose two of the following cocktails for the whole team to shake, make and drink together.
- Margarita – tequila, triple sec, lime juice, agave
- Picante – tequila, triple sec, lime juice, chilli, agave
- Paloma – tequila, grapefruit soda, lime juice
- Cosmopolitan – vodka, lime juice, triple sec, cranberry juice
- Espresso Martini – vodka, coffee, coffee liqueur, sugar syrup
- Mojito – rum, mint, lime, sugar, soda
- Old Fashioned (rum or whiskey) – rum or whiskey, Angostura bitters, brown sugar
- Negroni – gin, Campari, Martini Rosso
- Bellini – Prosecco, fruit purée

- 90 mins cocktail-making experience.
- Availability: Thu-Fri: 5:00pm OR 7:00pm, Sat: 2:00pm, 5:00pm OR 7:00pm
- Cocktail orders should be placed at least 3 days before the date your table is reserved. If we do not get your selections on time, our mixologist will select the best available options for your party.
- Parties of 8 or more will have an exclusive masterclass. Small parties will be merged with another group.
- Let us know if you would prefer to reserve a drinks table in our cocktail lounge following your class.
- Please be advised that you will make the same 2 cocktails each.
