This 90-minute masterclass puts your group in the hands of a proper mixologist, and it's a cracking shout for a hen do, a birthday or any night out that needs more than another round at the bar.

A drink lands in your hand the moment you walk in. Your host then runs through what's coming up and talks you through a few builds, handing over the little tricks that separate a decent serve from a great one.

Then it's your turn on the wrong side of the bar. Everyone in your group gets a go on the shaker, with games and challenges dropped in along the way to keep the noise levels up.

Best bit? Whatever you make, you drink.

Once the shaking's done, food arrives. Take your pick from the smash burger, built on Revolution's own savage mix of flank, chuck and beef brisket, the fried chicken burger with its house-made buttermilk coating, or a pizza. Those bases are Neapolitan style, given a long slow prove and blasted at 350 degrees, so you get a crisp bottom under a chewy crust, topped with oregano-spiked tomato sauce and Fior di Latte.
