What's involved

Newcastle's only ball pit bar, a drag queen with a microphone and two hours of your group behaving badly. Go on then.

The Bonkers Ball at Howlers is a wild shout for a hen do, a stag or a birthday that wants a proper show rather than another table in a restaurant.

Your host is a drag queen who does not do quiet. She'll run you through boujee bingo, limbo, lip sync battles, dance offs and crowd karaoke, and she will absolutely single out the bride-to-be if you point her in the right direction.

Expect singalongs, competitions and a fair bit of heckling!

This ticket gets you reserved seating with a VIP view of the stage, so your lot are sat together with a proper eyeline on the action rather than craning over shoulders at the back.

And then there's the ball pit. Yes, a real one. Your group gets access, and you'll come out with roughly four hundred photos and somebody's earring lost forever.

Just so you know what you're booking: this one is the show and the VIP seats only. No food or drinks are included, so anything you fancy comes from the bar on the night.

Went for my best friends hen due it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish wish it was for longer. Not laughed that much in ages highly recommend

The service was great, entertainment was amazing but there was a lack of cleanliness and toilet roll in the toilets. Also, my sister has epilepsy so she only had a NPC card as identification this was explained to the bar staff but continued to be denied to be served alcohol despite being allowed into the venue and no partial refund for the activity was suggested , this needs to be reviewed as this is discrimination due to her condition!
