What's involved

What was Europe’s first four-person zip line, Titan is an exhilarating seated zip experience, while adding an in-depth tour of this historic location to delight all ages.

Your day out begins with getting kitted up for the zip lines. You will then climb on board one of our iconic former army trucks. Twisting and turning throughout Llechwedd slate quarry, you’ll travel up to an impressive height of 1,400 ft on the area’s incredible manmade mountains, while taking in the sights of the authentic, industrial landscape.

After exploring the area dotted with quarry mills and cutting sheds, you’ll be ready for your double zip line descent. Travelling over 1 kilometre with stunning views of the quarry below and Blaenau Ffestiniog with Snowdonia beyond, you’ll speed back down to earth in a seated position – all the better for enjoying those panoramic vistas. In total, the adventure takes about 90 minutes to complete.

With four parallel lines, Titan is ideal for family activity days out, group days or just something to do as a couple, allowing you to race down the zips against each other.

- Please arrive 30 minutes before your start time. - Duration: 1.5 - 2 hours - Weight restrictions: Maximum: 130kg per person - Height restrictions: Minimum: 1.2m - 1:3 ratio: 1 participating adult 18+ for every 3 people <18 - Dress code: Tie long hair back and remove jewellery. No open-toed shoes. Shoulders must be covered, and while shorts are permitted, they must be knee-length - Please let us know about any medical conditions.

Very well organised. The staff were excellent, the attention to safety was fantastic and the historical briefing given on the way up to the top station very interesting and exceptionally well given. The only downside was the rides were too short!!

This was only 10 minutes from the hotel. The staff where great and talked you through everything you needed to know. There were plenty to do there and places to eat if needed. There was a small zip to get you adjusted to the big one this helped and got some of the nerves out of the way. Great place deffo do this again.

Always wanted to do this a bucket list activity ticked off, experience of a life time. Staff where brilliant and so warm and welcoming. Only downside was the grim temporary toilet but they are building a new building so these will be gone soon.

The bounce below site had plenty to do. They had the intitial bounce below caverns but there were also caverns which you could climb. Separate payment. There is a group of ziplines there one being titan. The location was also in a slate quarry similar to zipworld. Friendly staff great fun. Don't do this with a hang over lol
