What's involved

Yoga is proven to increase a healthy mindset, as well as improve physical health and fitness. It also makes for a fantastic activity to incorporate into your birthday celebration or hen party in Leeds!

Glo Pamper in Leeds offer Mobile Yoga classes to groups looking to take some time out of their busy day, practice some meditation and improve their well being.

Perhaps you’re out on a hen weekend and need a little relaxation after a heavy night of partying. Or, maybe you’re staying sober and looking for an alternative way to celebrate at your next birthday party.

Whatever the reason, your experienced yoga instructor will come to you and make sure you get the downtime that you deserve. Your teacher will arrive fifteen minutes before the class, mats in hand, and make sure your space is ready for your one-hour session of ‘zen’.

Classes are tailored to ability, meaning nobody needs to miss out. You’ll learn the basics of yoga along with correct breathing technique and poses. Make sure you’ve got water to hand, as it’s possible you’ll get sweaty!

Important information

Please note that there may be travel charges for your location, this will be advised upon an enquiry or booking being made Please make your yoga teacher aware of any injuries or physical conditions prior to the class. Please also let the activity provider know if any participants are pregnant, as depending on what trimester they are in, will depend on whether they can be accommodated. Your yoga teacher will be able to teach all levels of yoga and can cater to different experience levels within the group. The yoga teacher will arrive 15 minutes before the start time to set up and to ensure the space you have set aside is sufficient. Please save a parking space for the teacher as they will be carrying a lot of mats. However, there may be occasions when the mats cannot be provided, in which case you will be asked to bring your own or provide a towel. This will be communicated to you before your class.
