Hot Sauce Challenge

Spice things up with an hour of fiery fun built around bold flavours and relaxed tasting. 

The experience centres on sampling five different hot sauces, each paired with a chicken drumlet to highlight varying levels of heat and flavour. 

Alongside the sauces and chicken, a selection of nachos and fresh crudités is provided, offering balance and contrast during the tasting. Cheese cubes are included to complement the spices and help reset the palate between sauces. 

To complete the experience, a tasting of three local beers is served, chosen to match the food and enhance the overall flavour journey. 

The hour is structured to allow time to taste, compare, and enjoy each element without rushing. This session combines heat, savoury bites, and drinks into a single, well-paced experience. 

It is designed to be social and engaging, encouraging shared reactions and conversation around the table.
