What's involved

From the moment you step inside, the experience kicks off in style with a chilled glass of prosecco to get everyone in the mood and the celebrations flowing. Then it’s time to dive into the fun… Your expert mixologist will guide your group through everything you need to know to shake, stir, and serve like a pro. Expect live demos, insider tips, and plenty of hands-on action as you learn the secrets behind crowd-favourite cocktails.

Once you’ve mastered the first drink together, it’s game on. You’ll each take on the challenge of creating your second cocktail yourselves time to show off those new skills! Things can get competitive (in the best way), as you go head-to-head with your group to see who can mix up the tastiest creation. Don’t worry… taste testing is all part of the experience.

After all that shaking and stirring, you’ll head over to your table to relax and refuel with a delicious three-course meal - the perfect way to round off an unforgettable birthday, hen do, or night out in Dublin.

Age restriction: 18+. Please bring proof of ID. Duration: Two hours. Dress code: Smart casual. No trainers, sportswear or ripped jeans. Please note, cocktail making takes place at a reserved area of the bar and is not a private area. Right of admission reserved. Please let the provider know in advance if you would like Starter & Main or Main & Dessert.
