Perfect for larger companies and those seeking a private event, this outstanding venue will be sure to cater to your every need.

The friendly and professional team will be on hand to welcome you on arrival, but first of all, you’ll need to make your grand entrance down the glitzy red carpet. You’ll then enjoy a drinks reception, where you and your guests will be able to choose from a flute of Prosecco, a glass of wine, a beer, or a soft drink.

Enjoy catching up with your fellow colleagues in the comfort of your own, private suite that will be adorned with stunning, festive decor.

It won’t be long until everyone takes a seat at their dining tables, ready to indulge in three delectable courses. There’s something on the menu for everyone to enjoy, including meat, fish, and vegetarian options. Vegan dishes are available on request. Further drinks can be purchased at the pay bar, which is open until 12:45am.

If you’d like to include a professional DJ with your evening and keep everyone entertained on the dance floor, then this can be arranged for an additional cost. Your DJ will be on hand to keep the fun going until the early hours and will be playing a top mix of all the latest and greatest hits, along with classic party tunes.

If you'd like to upgrade your exclusive event to include a DJ, this can be purchased as an add on once your initial booking has been confirmed.

Private Christmas parties are available throughout November and December 2026.

Important information

- A £10 per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. - Age restriction: Age 18+ I.D may be required. - Please be aware that the food items may contain nuts. Menu choices and special dietary requirements must be supplied no later than 28 days prior to the event date to ensure efficient service of your chosen meal. - Vegan options available on request. - Menus are correct at the time of print and may be subject to change. We will endeavor to cater for specific dietary requests where possible, providing we are advised of them in advance of the event. - Guests are not permitted to consume their own alcohol on the premises. The hotel operates a bag search policy. Any alcohol found will be confiscated and returned at the end of the evening. Cancellation policy: - Cancellations made 28 days prior to the event: 50% charge - Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the event: 100% of total booking charges

What a lovely place for a Christmas party. It was beautifully laid out, and not crammed of people. The food was lovely. The decor was perfect and the DJ was fab as were all the staff. Thank you all for your hard work.

Brilliant night, food was wonderful. Could have done with more bar staff working - one member of staff for a function catering 200 people is not enough. Organisation was brilliant though, and decor was lovely too

Due to a family bereavement I was unable to attend but my friends who attended said they had a great time and it was well worth the money, their only criticism was the music wasn’t disco enough and there wasn’t a party atmosphere but I’m unsure how late they stayed till.
