What's involved

Get your girls and get ready to slide, swirl and slip around this pole like a pro with Pole Dancing in Birmingham.

This class is for everyone no matter what your previous experience. Come with an open mind and ready to learn some tips and tricks of the trade.

The professional instructor will teach you some basic moves to master before you’re taught the full routine to perform! Leave all your inhibitions at the door and come ready to learn something new, have some fun and a right laugh with your friends for this session!

This is great for the birthday girl or bride-to-be for hen do for an unforgettable time. You can even take all these newly learnt moves home with you!

Available Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 10am-6pm. Please note, this venue may not be final. The venue for this activity will be confirmed approximately two weeks prior to your weekend date. This is due to the supplier working with a wide range of venues. It is at the discretion of the instructor and/or venue if the group wish to bring alcohol. Please notify us ASAP if you intend to do this. These activities are not always held in dance studios. The venue allocated could be a bar, nightclub or hotel conference room for example.

What should I wear for pole dancing?

Come wearing comfortable gym clothing that you can move in. We recommend shorts and T-shirts or vests because bare arms and legs make it easier to grip the pole.
